Final Cut Pro X 10 1 4 and earlier support Sony XAVC, XDCAM, XDCAM HD XDCAM 422 High, 8 Mono.. To edit Sony XDCAM media in Premiere Pro MPEG MP@HLHD4. Which uses Sony XDCAM HD422 and XDCAM HD codec This unit is designed to have the same performance as the SxS Pro card however its life expectancy.
I am using the XDCAM 422 HD preset and then I change the field order to interlaced, Top Field First.. I almost got there, but I am still having problems with the interlaced settings.. I would like to convert H 264 mp4 files in XDCAM 1080i50 mov files to be used in FCP7 (I know!!).
